Lim Seong Hai Capital Berhad is an investment holding company, consisting of two companies - Lim Seong Hai Lighting Sdn. Bhd. and Knight Auto Sdn. Bhd.  It was incorporated on 11 November 2020 and was converted to a public listed company on 30 July 2021. Through the two companies, the company is principally involved in the provision of building materials, lighting products and related M&E products and services, hardware and tools, and rental of machinery.
